3) PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We aim to display product descriptions, pricing, and images accurately. However:

Colors may vary due to device/screen settings.
Items may be limited in quantity or discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to correct any errors (including pricing, descriptions, or availability) and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

4) MADE-TO-ORDER, CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Many Twelve XXIII pieces are made to order and/or custom/personalized.

Production Time: Please allow 5–8 weeks for production unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for confirming all customization details entered at checkout (including spelling, initials, dates, and selections). Once an order is submitted and production begins, changes may not be possible.

5) PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Sales tax may be collected where required.
Full payment is required before we begin processing or production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

6) ORDER ACCEPTANCE, CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory limitations, errors, or suspected fraud.

Cancellations / Changes:

Custom/personalized items: Generally final sale once production begins and may not be cancelable or changeable.
Non-custom items (if applicable): No Cancellations may be requested.

7) SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivered Packages: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Twelve XXIII is not responsible for loss or theft. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim when available.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

8) RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Due to the made-to-order nature of many items and for hygiene/quality reasons:

Refunds: We do not offer refunds, except where required by law.

Store Credit (if offered): Eligible non-custom, non-personalized items may be returned for store credit only, subject to the conditions below:

Return request must be made within [7/14] days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Final Sale / Not Eligible for Return:

Custom or personalized items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Worn or damaged items

9) PRODUCT CARE & DISCLAIMER

Our pieces are designed with care, but wear and longevity depend on proper care and usage. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

improper care or storage
exposure to chemicals (perfume, lotion, cleaning products)
water, sweat, or moisture exposure
accidental damage or rough handling

10) PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes:

cannot be applied retroactively
may exclude certain items
may be limited to one per order
may be changed or ended at any time

11) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including logos, designs, product names, images, text, and graphics—is owned by Twelve XXIII or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
