Shipping Policy — Twelve XXIII (Short)

At Twelve XXIII, many of our pieces are made to order. Please review the details below before purchasing.

• Processing Time (Made-to-Order): 5–8 business weeks (before shipping)
• Shipping Time (Transit): calculated at checkout and varies by carrier/method
• Tracking: sent by email once your order ships (allow 24–48 hours to update)

Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
